Before a major commitment
We pressure-test the case before approval. That includes the evidence behind it, the assumptions carrying the most weight, who has authority to act and whether responsibility will remain clear after the decision is made.
Where risk is being missed
A technical or financial review can be sound and still overlook how the organization will behave under pressure. We look for unclear authority, incentives pulling in different directions, weak hand-offs and obligations with no durable owner.
